Getting ready to make the jump to AG with a keggle brewing rig. I have researched and found where all the parts go but have not come across any info on thermometer placement. Where is the best place to put the thermometer on a keggle being used as an HLT, mash tun, or boil keggle? Also, I have purchased a dip tube and false bottom for the mash tun, do I need either one for the HLT or boil kettle? I appreciate your input. Happy Thanksgiving!
