I am looking for ideas on what kind of part I can use to fasten a gas pipe to the brutus 10 without the cross bar in the middle. It would have to be fastened somehow with the 3 vertical poles.

What should I use to fasten a gas pipe to the Brutus 10?

I'd use a piece of thin stainless plate and make a C with tabs top and bottom. Line the inside with a piece of silicone mat cut to fit and use self tapping stainless screws. or you could drill and tap depending on how thick walled your stand is. They make pre made ones for the black/galv pipe but since your stand is all stainless I'd want it to match.

I just came up with with this solution for a similar problem yesterday and felt like such a genius. Oh well, good to know it works!
