Default Dried fruit recipe wanted
Hi all

I have just got back from a health food shop that was closing down. I managed to get loads of dried fruit really cheap.

I got 3kg dried apricots, 3kg mixed dried fruit (peaches, apples, pears, prunes & apricots), 3kg raisins and 3kg mixed raisnins and fruit peel. All that lot only cost UKŁ15 (US$27)!

Has anyone got any suggestions of a recipe or recipes for that lot?
