This is a pretty straight forward question. I have a recipe that calls for Grape Tannin, but I have some Wine Tannin from a kit...
Does it really matter in the long run?

If it matters is a strawberry wine recipe.
Thanks in advance.

Should we take a bet on how long it takes Yooper to comment? haha :ban:
That dude is an amazing wealth of knowledge. Any help for this poor newb would be appreciated.

Thanks to all!

Oh... same question about Citric Acid vs Acid Blend. I know they're different (to an extent), but will it matter?

That dude is a lady, but yeah she has lots of knowledge on these subjects.

Tannins are the same just different names.

Acid blend comes from a blend of citric, malic, and tartaric acid, while citric acid is made of only citric acid as the names suggest. As far as there use and the difference that they make IDK.
