Just wondering has anyone used frozen bananas for wine. Or do you have to use fresh ones. They where fresh until I froze them. If not I'm going to have a lot of banana bread to make.

Yes, my recipe calls specifically for overripe bananas. Frozen, so that they are black, is perfect!
