I smoked a couple racks of baby backs on Saturday, then set to work on a long, physical yardwork project on Sunday. When I'd take a break, I'd gnaw on the leftover baby backs and have a beer. Well, I ate almost all the leftovers. Almost. I left one section of ribs and, on Monday, SWMBO and I discovered that one section of ribs is not enough for a meal.
