I pitched 3787 to a Northern Brewer extract tripel kit yesterday and it is fermenting at 78 deg F now when the room temp is at 66 deg. I pitched to it at 65 deg F and it started fermenting furiously in less than 12 hrs. Is this typical of 3787? Planning on trying to cool it down to 75 deg. Should that be fine for this style and yeast?

I've had the 3787 go off like that too. May get some more bubblegum in that temp range but should be fine (brew like a monk has a nice table with Belgian yeast profiles vs. temp).
