I just bought a kit that includes Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes. Is this yeast something I have to worry about infecting my subsequent brews, like wild yeast (Bret, lacto)? I guess what I'm asking is does Belgian Ardennes include wild/sour yeast?

Seems to be Achouffe's yeast and their beers taste like basic belgians do.
La Chouffe is a very fruit estery beer with a high note of banana.

No worries. 3522 is a nice yeast. I use it often.
