I just brewed a Bavarian heffewiezen and it's now In the secondary after two weeks in primary. My question is I added some lemon peel(zest from two smal lemons) and now I see this white looking spot stuff on top of the beer. (See pictures) I soaked the peels in vodka for about a day and then added. Is this bad stuff or normal to have after adding to secondary. It's my first time using lemon. View attachment 204858
