Hey guys, I bought all my stuff to make a beer for this weekend, just yesterday. When I got home, I forgot to put my White Labs yeast in the fridge and it's been out at room temperature since. When I remembered about an hour ago, I put it in the fridge. Will it be okay having sat at 68-72 degrees for 24 hours, and then being refrigerated? I'm using it on Thursday hopefully.

Yup, you're ok. Like the last guy said though, make a starter. Also, gently crack open the cap on the vial and let off any excess pressure that has built up before you take the cap off. I read post after post about yeast exploding from pressurized vials.
