Hey guys, this weekend I am brewing up a 1 gallon test batch of a new recipe for an IIPA using Wyeast 1056. Can anyone give me a recommendation on how much yeast I should use for such a small batch?
FWIW, I am using Crystal 50-60L, Carapils Malt, and extra Dextrose sugar. According to beer smith, the OG is 1.072 with a FG of 1.011. Thanks for the help!
