Howdy guys,
Forgive me if this sounds ridiculous, but I have some concerns with my wyeast. I needed to transport it out of town (4 hours) so I placed it in a small ice chest surrounded by a few zip lock bags of ice. I don't imagine that this would be enough to freeze the yeast, but as I was transferring it from the box to the fridge, I couldn't feel much movement of the inner nutrient packet. Later in the day, I rechecked it and the inner bag was sliding around inside freely. What do y'all think?
Thanks in advance!
