Revolution Brewing is selling some bourbon barrels they had beer in and I'm buying one this weekend. Question is, what to age in it? Besides the obvious stout, which I actually already have in a fermenter with bourbon in it. A sour in a bourbon barrel? Would that be strange? Any other styles of beer that would work well in a bourbon barrel?
