Need recipe for Phillips Cascadian Brown Ale

Does anyone out there have a close clone recipe for Phillips Cascadian Brown Ale? Its from Victoria BC and I can't get enough of it, but the price is just crazy.

Any personal experience? The only problem is here in Vancouver we don't have access to carafa at all....

Phillips is amazing! I've loved every beer of theirs. I keep telling Dans Home Brew to carry that malt!

Try the Belgian IPA Triple Cross Hoperation @ BCLS for $5, it just came out and even when warm right from the shelf it was amazing.

I'll ask him to carry it too, maybe he will. Last time I asked about brew in a bag everyone scoffed and said why so many people asking us about this? Looks like they got it now, which is a shame as I could have avoided buying some extra equipment.
