I have awesome hops but cant decide what to do with them

I have 1oz Warrior, 2oz Columbus, 2oz simcoe leaf,& 1oz falcon flight to go with this IPA grain bill.


8.00 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 53.33 %
5.00 lb Pale Malt (6 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 33.33 %
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 6.67 %
1.00 lb Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 6.67 %

I am thinking bitter with warrior, flavor with 1oz simcoe and I know I will dry hop with falcon flight..... I dont know what to do with the other oz of simcoe and Columbus hops.

1 oz Warrior @ 60
1 oz Columbus @ 10
1 oz Columbus @ 5
1 oz Simcoe @ 0
1 oz Simcoe - dry
1 oz falcon flight - dry
