I was going to brew early this morning but I couldn't sleep so I brewed REALLY early. I started milling the grain at 4am.
I brewed Yooper's Cream Ale https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/ag-cream-ale-33242/
Everything went pretty smooth with the exception of the hose slipping off of the spigot of the Mash/Lauter tun. Made a bit of a mess but not bad.

GREAT MORNING!

GREAT MORNING!

That's a great recipe. You will love it, I know. One of my best was cream ale as testified by my BMC friends!

Just got some cream ale yeast from White Labs for my next one...

I always "plan" on getting started around 8am, but it usually ends up being 11... Hats off though

Yes. I am looking forward to tasting this one. I messed up when I bought the grains so this version has plain two row instead of the MO. It sure is going to be a light colored beer!

I hope it is good!
