Many times...around 60 some times gives it a peachy flavor. But almost any temp is clean and works well

Ive fermented a 1.085 dipa with us 05 (2 packs) with good results

Its fermented an 11% barleywine with no problems. It will easily do your dipa.

Just make sure you rehydrate it!

Just used one packet of US-05 on my IIPA.
OG 1.081
FG 1.011
Fermented at 65 F, and bottle conditioning now.
No detectable off flavors.

No need to rely on gut feelings or "sounds like"; check MrMalty and find out definitively whether or not 1 packet is enough.
