What are your opinions of this brew? I think it may be my next beer.

The bottles you can get here in the states aren't really representative of the style. All the fruitiness is gone and they seem old and past their prime.

It's an easy beer style to make - if you have the yeast, WLP009. This is one of White Labs Platinum strains only available in the spring.

If you can get the yeast, go for it! Mash low - around 144-145f to get as light a body as possible. FG around 1.008 is what you want. Carbonate to 3-4 volumes and you're set.
