Civil Life Brewing Behind the scenes

One of my favorite local breweries here in St Louis just got featured in a YouTube series. They go behind the scenes, talk to the owner (Jake, great guy) and the brewmaster (Dylan, LOVES to talk about beer). The video is a cool look at a smaller brewery's process.

The uncut version features Dylan talking about their entire process (literally start to finish in detail, it's 40 minutes long) and how they make 3 of their popular beers. I'm totally going to try to clone the Rye Pale!

My favorite brewery when I was briefly living in St Louis this past year. I'll have to check out the video tonight.

Nice - I did the same thing this morning. Put my headphones in, set my fantasy football line-ups and watched this instead of working this morning for an hour. Great start to the day!
