I just bottled beers from a keg and lost all of the carbonation, can I add carbonation pills (sugar drops) to the bottles an get them to carbonate again?

Sure, assuming there is enough yeast left in suspension. Obviously you will need to store the bottles somewhere warm until they do.

Those carb tabs will only work if there is yeast in the bottles. If you filter or it sat in the keg for a while you have little or no yeast able to carbonate the bottles. If that's the case you might want to add a little dry yeast with the tabs.
