Bottling from Keg using allinonewinepump

Hi, I have read some threads that some of you use the allinonewinepump.

I recently purchased the pump for my wine making and wondered if any of you have used the pump to fill beer bottles from a carbonated keg. If so do you have any tips as I want to fill some bottles with the kegged beer as I don't want to make a separate batch just for bottling.

One concern I have is, does the beer loose some of the carbonation during bottling using this pump?

I just watched a video on it and the whole thing works like a vacuum and the beer would never make contact with the pump. Pretty cool.

I made one of these a couple of years ago, but it did not work as well as I expected. I pushed the cut off racking tube into the picnic tap, but it split the plastic, I tried it with a second tap and it split that one as well, so I gave up and went back to the old fashion way. I only fill a few bottles these days, as I keg most of my beer now.
