Thinking about starting my summer brews now that the snow is finally gone. One I have been contemplating is a light bodied summer brew. A partial mash, about 1050 OG, Light in color, around 4 SRM, and about 25 IBU. A "crossover" beer for summer BBQ's. Im thinking of using Glacier for both bittering and aroma. Any comments or suggestions????

Go for it....the iced tea aroma of the glacier hops will go nicely in a nice light summer ale!

My honey wheat uses glacier exclusively and I also think it would be very nice in a cream ale.

Ice Tea.... That sounds just right. I put this recipe together for a Blonde Ale that I think will work out.
