This is actually the first time I heard an American home brewer talk about "Spunding", a German brewing technique used to naturally carbonate during a secondary fermentation in a closed fermenter (keg in this case).
I told you it was a good podcast ! Basic brewing has tons of video and audio casts on a variety of subjects. They make for interesting listening and viewing.
