I am sure I am only the 100th person to post something like this but I am hopeful that those who know about brewing water will help me out. I have been brewing for a while now and I am working on researching more about water profiles, how they can be applied etc and I even sent off a sample of my brewing water to be analyzed.
The results have come back in and I am curious what the first impression of my water is. How does it look in general? What styles might be good to brew without treating it? Any potential issues right off the bat?
Any help is greatly appreciated !
