hey guys. i was wanting to do my first all grain soon. since its cold out i was thinking maybe a stout with some kind of winter spices. (cinimon, cloves...etc. whatever) something thats gonna be nice for the cold weather. anyway. if anyone has any ideas let me know! also i was thinking of maybe using lactose. would that be good with spices? - thanks :tank:

I'm not fond of beer brewed with spices, but I can imagine that a good Sweet Stout could turn out amazing if carefully spiced. You can check the Recipes section at the top of the page: you'll see some nice Sweet Stouts you could use as a base.
