I use QBrew to keep track of a lot of my recipes. One of the recipes is for a mead that my wife likes (technically a melomel).
I use whole, sliced oranges added to the must while it heats, and they stay in the primary.
The Question: does anyone have any idea as to the QBrew stats for whole oranges?
