Recipe building: hop & grain refrence site?

I've been experimenting with building my own recipes as of late. Are there any easy reference sites out there that are good to use as reference when choosing ingredients?

At this early stage in recipe building and AG brewing I'm not super familiar with the different varieties of hops and what kinds of aromas and flavor profiles they provide. The same for the various malts.

I've been using Palmer's overview of hops up to this point. There has to be a better way...
