Recipe for Baseball Season

I'm looking for recipe suggestions to brew on opening day of baseball season, March 31st for me, being a Cincinnati Reds fan.

I'm taking the day off work, to stay home and watch baseball all day. I'd really like to take advantage of the day and brew as well, something that will be smooth and fairly light to drink through the first spring months of baseball season.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I do not have the set-up for all-grain, so it will need to be an extract recipe.
