Brewed this up on 2/1. Used what I had on hand. Was looking for a nice bitter American IPA, Let me know what those of you with more experience think of this recipe. 5.5 gallon batch. 60 min boil.

9.75# pale ale malt
1# white wheat
.5# C20
.5# C60
.5# carapils
.5# victory

.75 oz warrior @60
1 oz cascade @30
.5 oz centennial @ 5
,5 oz citra @ 1
.5 oz amarillo @ 1
.5 oz each citra and amarillo dry hop

Us-05 yeast

OG 1.060
FG 1.014
SMR 11
IBU 75

Thanks! I will update along the way.

At 1.5 lbs that's more crystal than I would use and it did finish a bit higher than I prefer my IPA's but otherwise I think it looks pretty good. I think you could up the dry hop and/or flameout additions.

I did mash low. 150. Thought that would help dry it out a bit. Have not dry hopped yet may add a ounce of cascade to the dry hop. Thanks for the reply.
