So this is my first recipe i have built on my own and i was hoping to get some opinions on what i should expect from this recipe and also . the more important question... How how many lbs of Peaches do i need to get a nice little hint of peach, I am not looking for any over powering flavors... So this is what i have so far... This will also be my first time using Glacier Hops.

Briess 2 row 9lbs
2 row caramel 40l 4.oz
Roasted Barley 1.5oz
Glacier Hops .75 oz 60min
Glacier Hops .75 oz 30min
Amarillo .75 5 min
? lbs Real Peaches

Safale US- 05 Dry Yeast....

my beer program gives me og 1.049 Terminal Gravity 1.012
Color 14.21 srm
ABV 4.8%
bitterness 30.8

So what do you folks think of this recipe how it stands?

From what I have read using a pound of fresh fruit per gallon is considered alot, so go down from there?
