I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas/recipes for adding something different to my pilsner batch that im going to brew soon. Im using a hopped malt extract.
 
Yeah, if you're using hopped extract, and you want to call it a pils, about all I can think to do would be to pitch a Czech pils yeast, and be militant about maintaining classic lager temps.
