2 lb's Caramel 80L
2 lb's British Crystal 50-60L

1 oz Cascade at 45 Minutes
1 oz Hallertau at 10 Minutes

16 Ounces Orange Honey at 5 minutes
1 Ounce Sweet Orange at 10 minutes

Wyeast American Ale II

OG 1.047
FG 1.012

ABV 4.7
SRM 22
IBU 23.1

Brewed, hit OG goal, 65% efficiency (what I've been hitting)
In primary for 8 days then kegged, escalated carb and hopefully drinkable by the 21st of May...we'll see.

wow thats a lot of crystal. you're at nearly twice the recommended maximum of 20%. thats gunna be really sweet, especially at such low ABV
 
I agree. That is going to be very sweet. What temp did you mash at?
Also, I know you already added the honey, but you may want to consider adding a 1/2lb into the primary. The reason is two fold.
1) it will help dry out the beer and balance the large amount of crystal
2) If you wanted honey flavor/aroma, much of that was boiled off. If you add some into the primary, it will give you a good strong honey flavor and smell.

Otherwise, I am interested in hearing how it turns out.
 
Yeah its a super sweet girly beer. I should have made a caveat that this was meant to be SUPER sweet.
