Trying to emulate the malt profile. What I get is a little toasty biscuity character and a fuller body than my last attempt at a blonde ale, which was mashed low, so that at least I can change easily. It's almost like a real subdued Fat Tire ale to me. Is this Vienna, Biscuit, Munich in addition to the base malt? Anyone have any insight on the malts used and/or process?
