Hey all, I'm looking for a straub dark clone recipe, I do all grain, but I'll take any suggestions. SWMBO really likes Straub Special Dark, and I just bought a fridge for a mini kegerator, so I could really use the brownie points.

I haven't had the beer, but it sounds like you should find a good "macro" beer clone and add a couple ounces of carafa to darken the color (but not give it a roasty flavor).

Maybe check out Jamil's Dark American Lager podcast. His recipes are generally a good starting place for a style.
