Hi all,
I'm a long time lurker who's finally coming in for a post. First off - thanks to everyone for the countless times you've helped me up to this point. There is so much information on this forum - it's really an amazing resource. Cheers!
So.. I'm looking for an AG clone for Iron Mike Pale Ale from Moat Mountain in NH. That or something with a similar body and hop profile... has anyone ever made this or something similar? I could swear I ran across a recipe a while back in a book or magazine, but, I can't seem to track it down. Of course.. could just be I had one homebrew too many and my memory is clouded!
If it turns out to be from a book, please let me know the name as I'd rather support the authors than steal their hard (and delicious) work!
