Default Irish red

Anyone have an extract recipe for a really good Irish Red? Very malty, but with some noticeable hop presence?

this is a recipe for a all Perle Hop Red ale, its great, I've converted it to all grain and almost always have some on tap or in bottles.
I dont know if its a true to style "Irish Red" but its damned tasty if you want to get closer to the Irish red style you can always sub white Labs Irish ale Yeast for the cali V.

5 Gal
O.G. 1.052
F.G.1.012
IBU 30
SRM 10

Steep at 155f
.5 Lb Munich Malt
.5 Lb Crystal 60
.5 Lb crystal 20
.25Lb Crystal 120
2 OZ Roasted Barley

Boil
6Lbs Pale DME

hop scedule
.75 OZ Perle 60 Min
.5 OZ Perle 15 min
.5 OZ Perle 5 min
1 OZ Perle @ flameout

WLP051 Cali V Ale yeast

hope this helps!

I made Midwest's Irish Red kit as one of my first few brews and was very pleased with how it turned out.
