Has anyone used this combination for an American wheat? Me and a buddy have some extra stuff laying around and thinking of doIng something like

6# Wheat lme
.5# 10l crystal malt steeped
1oz hallertau 60min
1oz cascade 15min
Us-05 yeast

Yeah for American wheats, Hallertau and Cascade are totally kosher. BJCP guidelines specifically say that the hop character in American wheat beer should either be a citrusy American hop flavor or a spicy/floral noble hop character. I think you should be in good shape.
