Hello, I have a friend who has lots of hops on vines that are ready to be harvested this week. I want to brew a fresh hop beer of sort and wanted some feedback on a beer to brew.

Here is the hops I can pick from:
Hop List: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Mt Hood, Mt Hood Jumbo, Nugget, Sterling, Willamette, Jumbo Willamette, and Zeus (AKA Tomahawk and Columbus)

What recipe should I make with what's available? Thanks!

So I picked some hops tonight have mostly everything drying (cascade, nugget, crystal, magnum) and was thinking of doing a cascade/nugget brew this weekend.

Anyone have a trusted recipe they like / can share?

Recipe critique please on fresh/wet hop IPA! See below.

Fresh/Wet hop IPA

21 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row)
1 lbs 12.0 oz Crystal 20L
10.0 oz Cara-Pils

Mash @ 155

Hops schedule
1.00 oz Cascade Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Nugget Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Cascade Boil 30 min
1.00 oz Nugget Boil 30.0 min
2.00 oz Nugget Boil 15.0 min
1.00 oz Cascade Boil 15.0 min
1.00 oz Cascade Boil 5.0 min
1.00 oz Nugget Boil 5.0 min

(Using fresh picked hops times these by 2-3 times??? amount) is this correct to say?

Ferment in 2x 5gal

Yeast
1. California Ale. WLP001
2. WY-1056

Dry hop keg
3oz nugget in one corny
3oz cascade in other

Does this look good or should my hop schedule change some? I also have some fresh crystal hops that steel amazing and would love to use somehow.

Thanks!
