I'm going to try a crazy new idea I had, and would love any comments on it!
My goal is something complex, lightweight but wintry, savory and herbal/floral, but still very drinkable. Any technique tips or notes would be much appreciated- I'm still a brewing newbie!

6# Light DME
1# Dextrine Malt
.5# 10L Crystal
.5# 60L Crystal
.25# Pale Chocolate Malt
.25# Peated Malt

2oz Heather tips, 60'
1oz East Kent Goldings, 60'
.5oz Vanguard, 10'
1oz Heather tips, 10'
1oz Heather tips, dry-hop

1 tsp Irish Moss

WL Edinburgh Scottish Ale
