I just brewed up a dark ipa, and looking to brew something else. I really like Dragon's Milk, and have found some Clones for it and saw the spec sheet from New Holland. I was thinking of brewing something up like it but with a little difference. So this is what I came up with.

11.5 lbs. Golden Promise (64%)-(instead of 2-row)
2 lbs. Munich Malt (11%)
1 lb. Flaked Barley (6%)
1 lb. Caramel 120L (6%)
12 oz. Chocolate Rye (4%)- (instead of Chocolate Malt)
10 oz. Crystal 50-60L (3%)
4 oz. Black Malt (1%)
1 lb. Brown Sugar (6%)-(instead of Beet Sugar)

0.5 oz Nugget (60 min)
0.5 oz Nugget (30 min)
0.5 oz Glacier (15 min)
0.5 oz Glacier (5 min)

Use S-04 yeast

Soak 2 Heavy Toast American Oak Spirals in 4 oz. of Bourbon for 2 weeks then add to Secondary and age for 6 weeks.

What do you guys think?

Thank you
