I have a recipe that calls for 7lbs of DME. I'd like to pick up ingredients for my husband to brew this beer as a Chirstmas present. Could someone help me out and let me know what grains, and how much of them, to pick up? Thanks.

You'll need about 11.7 lbs. of 2-Row malt assuming 75% efficiency and assuming the DME was Light. If your husband has a mill buy the grain unmilled. Otherwise buy the grain milled. Cheers!!
