This is my first stab at my own recipe. Are there any potential problems? It's going to be a hoppy porter. Kind of like a black IPA I guess.
Steeping grains:
1.5lb Light Munich Malt
1.5lb Crystal (120L) Malt
1/2lb Carapils Malt
1/2lb Chocolate Malt
1/2lb Black Patent Malt
Steep at 152°F for 30 minutes
Boil:
6.6lbs of Briess Golden Light Liquid Extract
1lb Honey
Hops:
3/4oz Columbus 60 Minutes
1/4oz Columbus 30 Minutes
3/4oz Columbus last 0 minutes
1 1/2oz Centennial last 0 minutes
1oz Centennial dry hop
Wyeast London Ale 1028
Predicted OG: 1.06
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBUs: 52
ABV:6.5
Thanks in advance.
