3oz Weyermann CaraRed
3oz Dingemans Aromatic
4# Alexander's Pale LME
3# Munton's Amber DME
1oz Northern Brewer @ 60min
1/2oz Centennial (leaf) @ 60min
1/2oz Styrian Goldings @30min
1oz Northern Brewer @ 5min
Gypsum, Irish Moss, Yeast Nutrients @ 15min
Wyeast 2112 California
