Hello everyone, I am looking for a few nice easy braggot and/or honey brew recipes...I have tried mead, and love it, but I really enjoy that mixture between the hops and honey...also, I'd like something that only takes a month of wait as opposed to 9 months...anyway thanks everyone!

I would say whatever beer style you like best is a good starting point. If you're brewing AG and you want some body to it I would recommend mashing around 158 or 160 since using large amounts of honey will dry out the beer considerably.

Here's an AG smash recipe I converted to a braggot.
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.004
For 5.5 gal
6.8# Munich
Mash at 156 for 45 min.

Boil 90 minutes.
1oz Tettnang 60
.5oz Tettnang 30
.5oz Tettnang 15
1oz Tettnang 5

Boil down to five gallons. Pitch American Ale Yeast. At high krausen add 3# honey gently pasteurized in 2 qt. water.

carbonate to 2.8 vols using honey or dme.
