7 lb 2 row, 1 lb Munich, 12 oz c60, 8oz victory, 4 oz chocolate wheat, .5 oz fuggels 60 min, .5 northern Brewer 30 min, .5 fuggels 20 min, .5 northern Brewer 10 min 152 hour mash
Just working on building recipes try to make a nice smooth balanced beer nothing fancy

My dunkleweizen uses 4oz chocolate wheat an it comes out nearly brown with a reddish hue. Just my suggestion, but I would drop the chocolate wheat for dark crystal malts (90L+). I use crystal 80 and Special B in to hit 14SRM. in addition to a bunch of munich malt.

Thanks for the input I was kind of aim for the darker shade thinking about naming it the barely brown I'm just hoping the flavor doesn't fall flat thanks again

You could also substitute some or all of the 2-row for more Munich, Vienna, or a mix of both.
