AHS London Pub Ale

Has anybody tried this kit? I want to make something from England, but not a stout or porter. Would this taste like a Boddingtons? Any advice will be greatly appreciated, or any ideas for me. Just got back into home brewing after being away from it for 2 years. Have a cream ale fermenting right now, and a hard cider. Will be adding apple extract at bottling time to make an apple ale for the cream ale. Thanks! And Merry Christmas!

wyeast london III is the bodingtons yeast if that helps.
