yup 75 bucks, that's' what I paid, however the local market dictates.

$75 is probably good for the pair. A good regulator is probably a little more expensive than the bottle. Is it a fully instrumented reg? I've seen some come up without a cylinder pressure gauge.
I bought a couple 5# CO2 cylinders for $25/ea awhile back but that's about the best price I've ever seen and I don't expect to see it again.

This year I bought a used 5lb steel tank (empty) and an old regulator that leaks for $40.
I recently bought a 5lb Aluminum tank (half full) and an old regulator that does not leak for $40 + some other stuff included that's probably worth another $75 or so.
There are always people selling stuff that they just want to get rid of, or have no idea of the value.
