Good morning all
I have searched the forum to see if I can find an answer, and I can't.
I have a A19 analog Johnson controler that is off by 15 degrees cooler(it is set to 50 and keeps the fridge at 35). I noticed a couple of nuts under the dial that are fused together with wax or some kind of rubber, I am assuming that is so you can't mess with the factory settings. So, has anyone tried to tighten or loosen those nuts, which would tighten or loosen the coil, to try and recalibrate the controller?
I am thinking the theory should work but wanted to see if anyone has done it yet, and which way to turn the nut to adjust it up or down.
Thanks
Jason
