Today I'm going to brew a Yeti clone and the recipe calls for mashing temp at 150. I thought the temp needed to be higher to get a full bodied, thicker wort. What do you guys recommend? Should I go with the 150? If higher, what temp do you recommend? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
