Yeast started question

I've read threw several threads, but not seeing the answer I want. If you know of a thread link it please,

My question is when making your started most threads say to use DME, if I am using LME for my actual wort should I use LME for the starter? or just find DME to match the LME? For example Golden light LME and light DME?

LME/DME doesn't matter. Starter OG should be less than or equal to actual wort

LME and DME are interchangeable. DME is much easier to use and measure for making a starter, so most people tend to use it.

yep. and it's also generally easier for the yeast to ferment through DME. LME just doesn't seem tot be as fermentable as DME in many cases. i use only DME for starters.
